By using OutreachBin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Permitted Use
OutreachBin is for legitimate business outreach only. You may use OutreachBin to send emails to prospects who have given you permission or who you have a legitimate business reason to contact. You may not use OutreachBin for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
3. Anti-Spam Policy
You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. All outreach must include a valid unsubscribe mechanism. OutreachBin reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our anti-spam policy.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for new subscriptions. Stacks (additional email accounts) can be added or removed at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
OutreachBin is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of OutreachBin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
