3. Email Data

OutreachBin accesses your email accounts only to the extent necessary to provide the InboxWarm and cold email features. We do not read, store, or share the content of your personal emails. Warm-up emails are automatically generated and handled by our system.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data and analytics are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Security

OutreachBin uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. We perform regular security audits and maintain SOC 2-aligned security practices.

7. Google API Disclosure

OutreachBin's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request OAuth scopes required to send and receive emails on your behalf for warm-up and campaign purposes.
