How to Create a Zoho Account and Connect to OutreachBin
How to create a Zoho account:
- Type www.zoho.com in your browser.
2. On the top right corner of the page press the Sign Up icon.
3. Insert the email account you want to use (ex. Gmail, yahoo etc), password and state you live in.

Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Press the Sign Up button.
5. On the middle of the page you will see a section named Mail, click the Try Now icon.

6. Click on access Zoho mail.
7. Create either a domain-based email account or an account using the Zohomail domain if you do not have your own. Verify your Zoho account first.
8. Press the Create Mailbox icon.
How to connect your Zoho account to OutreachBin:
- Begin by signing into outreachbin.com.
2. Click the dashboard tab and click the Setup Email icon on Emails.

3. Click on the Connect Inbox tab.

4. In the connect inbox pop up insert your first and last name and your email address (this email will either be your zohomail.com email or your own domain email).

5. Keep your username as the email address you are using for OutreachBin unless you are using Alias.
6. Create an app-specific password:
a. Click this Zoho Accounts link and sign in.
b. Click on your profile on the top right side of the page and click on the My Account tab.
c. From the left menu, navigate to Security and click App passwords.

d. Click Generate New Password.

e. You will be asked to give an app name to the name of your application for future reference.
f. Enter the name OutreachBin and click Generate.

g. You will be asked to type in your Zoho email password
7. Enter the password given into the password text field on OutreachBin.
- Press confirm.
How to enable tracking and warmup:
Zoho:
- Begin by typing www.outreachbin.com in your browser.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Press the Email Providers tab on the left side of the webpage.

4. Click Enable Tracking on your desired mailbox.

5. In the Incoming server tab input imap.zoho.com
6. In Incoming port tab input 993.
7. In the Encryption tab input SSL.
8. Input your username for Zoho.

9. Input your app-specific password in the password tab if two-factor authentication is on. If not then input your inbox password.
Use generated App password, if non-accessible create a new generated password.
Create a password:
a. Click this Zoho Accounts link and sign in.
b. Click on your profile on the top right side of the page and click on the My Account tab.
c. From the left menu, navigate to Security and click App passwords.

d. Click Generate New Password.

e. You will be asked to give an app name to the name of your application for future reference.
f. Enter the name OutreachBin and click Generate.

g. You will be asked to type in your Zoho email password
10. Click Enable Warmup.

11. Add how many interactions you want per day, how many replies you want per day, and how many emails you want to start from. For a brand new account, we recommend 40 interactions per day with a ramp-up starting from 2 and a reply rate of 30.
